I prefer a yoga style band at the top, but this thin band has been surprisingly comfortable and never rolls down.
The panties are comfortable and don't have any points where elastic digs in. They work well even if my shape changes considerably between sitting and standing. I haven't had any problems with them riding up or bunching in uncomfortable ways. Additionally, I have sensitive skin and sensory issues and these panties don't cause any problems in either of those regards.
