I have a true size 6 with slightly narrow feet, and the accurate fit is perfect for me. A size 5 would have been too small.
I normally wear a size 7 or 7.5, sometimes even an 8. I decided to get the size 7 as I prefer them a little small rather than too floppy since they are adjustable. However, I didnt need to worry as the size 7 fit me perfectly with no overhang on the heel or toes.
Size 8 fits me well with about 1-1.5in of shoe in front of my toes.
I ordered a size 11 and it fit perfectly. There is just enough room in the front and back of the sandal so that my toes and heels don't hang over the edges.
