From a heat perspective, the pan performs wonderfully and the coating is amazingly slick.
The pan cooks perfectly on low to medium heat without oil and heats up evenly super fast. It works perfectly for my oil-free lifestyle and I only need a splash of water when needed.
I compared the ceramic non-stick coating with another brand's non-stick coating and found it to be better.
