With these two pans, I can cook at a low to medium temperature and get consistent results. The food can easily flip, cook evenly, and slide out of the pan into a serving dish.
With good heat distribution, the pan allows eggs to slide right off with barely any oil.
The pans have a nice weight to them, cook evenly on the glass cooktop, and are flat.

These pans are super easy to clean by hand, even though they can't be put in the dishwasher.
I took a chance on these pans because they were reasonably priced and they have proven to be great to cook with and easy to clean.
