91% appreciated the strong and reliable signal
The range and coverage of this router is amazing. It can easily handle the entire house full of devices with just this one router.
I have found that the AX6000 has a longer reach than my former Nighthawk X4S. I used to operate two Nighthawk X4S routers in a bridge configuration to cover my entire home, but the TP-Link AX6000 effortlessly handles the job with better range and performance.
My mission was to get whole-house coverage with a single wireless access point. The router provides a strong signal everywhere I need it.
88% praised for its lightning-fast speeds
The wifi signal strength and speed in my home is fantastic, consistently ranging from 148mbps to 151mbps everywhere.
When I checked the speed on my main PC, which is in the same room as the router, the download speed jumped to the 390-330 range and settled down to a final read of 355Mbps. The upload speed peaked at 12 Mbps. Speeds generated on devices farthest away from the device stayed in the 270+ Mbps/9+ Mbps (download/upload) range, which is very good.
I am using a Lenovo WiFi 6 compatible tablet that gets download speeds of 750 to 900 Mbps several rooms away from the router.
I rated the setup as one of the easiest installs I ever had to do. It was up and running within a minute of plugging it in to the back of the existing router.
