The wine cellar matches other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen and is attractive.
The interior light on the ceiling of the cooler is white, but it doesn't illuminate the interior evenly.
The width between the shelves is too narrow to accommodate many wine bottles, particularly Pinot Noir style.

The noise level of my wine cellar is annoying and noticeable. It cycles 5-8 times per hour and is compared to the noise level of an old-school VCR tape rewinding.

I have noticed that the compressor rarely runs unless I am going in and out of the fridge for wine. The temperature indicator showed that it went up to 52 degrees when the door had been open for a few minutes, and the compressor was on and quickly returned it to 48 degrees. This indicates that the temperature retention of the wine-cellar is good.
The wine cellar is quieter but requires resetting of temperature every time there is a power outage and it defaults back to 55 degrees.
The wine cellar was installed in August 2014 and now I am unable to lower the temperature, which is too high for white wines and sparkling wines.
