I used the product to repair my windshield and it worked fine. I used the heat gun as suggested in the directions to cure it and it took around 20 minutes. I have been using my defroster every morning since and it is still working.
After two hours, I checked the epoxy and found it hard enough to reinstall the window and gently connect the tab. I also ensured conductivity between the tab and the grid, and found it effective in repairing.
The product effectively repaired the windshield glass on the first try and was professional.
This product can repair a tab that is pulled away from the original 'weld' and hold up over time.
