Window & door security bars are designed to keep windows/doors OPEN at a safe height/width and locked. Works well with different types of sliding doors and windows; Could also be used as secondary window lock' when windows are closed. Double Security when you are out of the home. Flexible adjust the length - Extends from 15.5" to 29.5" and could make quite a small adjustment for your window's opening with the end screw of the bar. Made of two high-impact rectangular STE 22 holes on the bar and the long screw allow windows to open and locked at a quite narrow gap. The smooth white finish blends in with most window frames and doesn't block the view. The bar is designed to be nailed into the sash if needed.
