I have found this air conditioner to be quieter, cool faster, and more energy efficient than any other window AC I have owned. It also seems to cool better than some 18,000 BTU units I have owned in the past.
This air conditioner is the best 14,000 btu window a/c you can buy for its cooling capacity and super quiet.
