This AC unit is versatile in terms of installation. It hangs on the window frame instead of mounting on the edge of it, making it great for second story windows. The flexible depth feature makes it easy to install even if you need a depth of almost 14 inches. The increased window area is the main feature and it's great.
I appreciate the flexibility of this air conditioner, especially the ability to expand the "Gap" and the little feet on the back that help if there is a ledge on the outside. It offers great flexibility in placement for this larger unit.
