In a 12 x 14 bedroom, the air conditioner works very well and could work in a larger space.
The product weighs around 40 pounds and is heavy. It is advisable to plan ahead and have help if not confident in lifting it.
I had to build a small frame to hold the device because of its size and shape, which didn't work directly with the window sill.
