I have noticed that the airflow directional vents are ineffective as all the air goes to the left regardless of how I set the vents.

I am disappointed with the cooling capacity of my air conditioner. Despite buying a bigger BTU, my small condo is not cool at all. I had a smaller name brand AC that made the place cool even downstairs.
On auto mode, the AC kicks on only when the room is 8 degrees higher than the set temperature. I have woken up multiple times due to the warm room.
