About NETFUN 2022 Upgraded WiFi Extender WiFi Range Extender Wireless Internet Booster
Overall Feedback:
80% positive
62% were satisfied with the ethernet ports
I connected the device to the WiFi Extender Ethernet port and then the WiFi Extender connected to my wireless router. I did not receive any lost signal alert.
64% liked the data transfer speed, although 36% desired faster connectivity
Setting up the new extender took some time, but now I can get up to 90 Mbits up/down.
My WiFi speed is consistently between 1/4 and 1/2 of the actual 250MB modem speed, despite placing the unit within 10 feet of the modem and living in 1500 sq.ft.
70% appreciated the coverage range, although, 30% found dead zones
I purchased a Wi-Fi extender with a coverage range of up to 3500 sq.ft and a 35 device wireless signal booster repeater with an ethernet port to extend internet WiFi to my home devices.
The Wi-Fi extender is easy to install, but it doesn't cover up to 3500 square feet as advertised. The range is nonexistent beyond 25-30 feet away.
I connected the device to the WiFi Extender Ethernet port and then the WiFi Extender connected to my wireless router. I did not receive any lost signal alert.
The ethernet nic is cheap and not a gigabit ethernet port, but a 10/100 port. When I transferred things to my server room, everything got bottlenecked down to 10 Mb/S.
I am disappointed with the Ethernet port of the extender. It is only 10/100 and I am not able to get over 97 out of it in AP mode wired to my router. I expected a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port for the price I paid.
