The android app interface has a lot more features than my previous wifi system (Nest Wifi) and it's really nice.
I think the app interface needs improvements such as more automation, search, reorder, etc.
The IOS app and web interface are terrible.
I am dissatisfied with the app and web interface of the whole-home-mesh-wi-fi-system. It is horrible and does not allow much to be done. Also, the web interface lacks parental control tools.

For my one-story home and yard of 2950 sq. ft., three Decos provide fairly good coverage.
As soon as I step out of the area, the signal totally drops.
I expected the two-pack rated to cover 5,400 square feet to work for my 3,800 square foot home, but I have multiple weak areas not more than 50 feet from one of the units.
66% liked the customizable settings, yet 34% found them limited
If you need to make custom settings in your router, this product is not a good choice.
I am not able to set up the device with a static IP address in access point mode and there is almost no customization available.
The web interface of my computer is very minimal.
When creating users, parental controls are enabled by default with a bedtime feature set from 12am to 5am.

Setting up the DECO app was almost as easy as my previous setup with a final and penultimate Apple router.

I have 49 devices connected.
I have set up the mesh system in bridge mode with separate 2.4 and 5ghz networks. I have about 45 smart devices so far.
When all devices were connected, the speeds dropped significantly. The device is not designed to handle a large number of devices.
The category options for device type are very limited.

When I game on my PC, the performance is excellent and I no longer have issues with lag/jitter.
I have complained about the poor performance of the 2.4Ghz network despite the great signal. Devices frequently get disconnected from the internet and speed tests show anywhere between 0.01 Mbps and 2Mbps.
Both units were using the same 5ghz channels.

We offer a security subscription with anti-virus protection, parental controls, and VPN features.
I purchased additional firewall/protection and noticed a significant speed reduction. However, I tested the security and it passed, so I am okay with it.
I am disappointed with the security features of the product, particularly the need to pay a monthly subscription for parental control and security features. It is unacceptable to charge a monthly fee for internet safety.
If I want the advertised features like intrusion prevention, I have to sign up and pay for their extended services.
