The app is filled with ads and tries to open web pages every time I open my phone.
The setup process is user-friendly and the apps are sleek, but I find the product unreliable.
The app UI is clunky and requires lots of taps to control devices. It also doesn't prioritize devices at all times.
I find the Google UI pretty rather than useful.

I have never had better coverage than this. I always struggled with good wifi coverage in my 2 story house, no matter where I put the router someone gets a poor signal in certain areas.
I have coverage all around my 2 floor house which is around 1800ish SqFT.
According to the company's advertisement, one unit is enough to cover a 2200 sqft house.
For a 2000 sq ft house, we can use a single router in the middle to reach every room inside, but it will not give good coverage outside. To get better coverage outside, we should have a router/point in the room(s) nearest the outdoor area. Also, wifi has difficulty with some siding, especially brick.

I found that Google needs the privacy settings to be on to collect performance information on the network.
The interface of this router has very limited customization options compared to others.
Adding local DNS through customization settings doesn't work and the company doesn't inform about it.

Setting up the product with the app is very easy and takes only minutes, assuming you have a simple home internet connection like cable internet.
The setup process took around 6 hours and could have been avoided with better instructions.

I replaced a Nest Node with this mesh router to get an Ethernet port near my entertainment wall for hard-wired connections.
Around the second router, I can achieve a maximum speed of 250mbit/s.

After attaching the unit to the modem, my speed was instantly cut down from 40MPS to 15-20mps.

I liked the WiFi groups and safe search features for my children's devices, but didn't get a chance to fully test it.
I can enable the guest network with the provided SSID and password, and configure the LAN subnet and number of devices.
I declined to share data with Google for security and privacy reasons as some features were not accessible without it.
The only downside of the product is its limited features, such as the option to use a VPN.
