I find the app interface of Google better and easier to use, but I am willing to deal with it for the speed.

The mesh Wi-Fi system covers the entire house with just a small dead spot in the office and reaches into the backyard. It connects well with a Google camera in the back of the property.
I placed the 2nd mesh router in the room with the dead zone and without a direct line of sight to the other eero router, which improved the coverage area.
Two routers are enough to cover my 3k sq ft house.
We have whole home coverage including our backyard, garage, front yard, etc.

If you need maximum feature control and definition, buy something complex and difficult to fulfill your dream of building the supreme wifi solution with hours of installation.
This product does not offer customization settings for fine-tuning the experience. If you are looking for such features, it may not be the right product for you.
I cannot customize or provide my own ad block list or domain name for dynamic DNS. I have to work around it even though the hardware could do it if I had access to my own hardware's functionality.
I faced connection issues with random devices in my house due to default malware/adware settings on the device. There was no option to customize or allow-list sites that were erroneously flagged.

Managing the entire main WiFi network is fairly easy and straightforward using the eero app.
