The protein shake becomes bubbly from shaking, so I let it sit for a few minutes for the bubbles to go away. There are no clumps and it has a low viscosity consistency without any chalky or grainy feel.
If I blend my protein shake, it ends up with a foamy mess that never really dissipates, and trying to mix it without a shaker bottle results in big clumps.

The cranberry apple flavor is meh, but it motivates me to drink 1-2 times a day.

I don't like the tropical dragonfruit flavor. It tastes like dish-soap and slightly like the dragonfruit flavor that Vitamin Water has, and the aftertaste is rough.
