The powder has a texture like perfect white Florida beach sand and doesn't clump, it's also lighter.
The protein shake has a smooth consistency and mixes well with just a shaker bottle. It doesn't separate like others I have tried.
When I overblend the protein shake, it becomes thicker than ON.
