With this protein powder, I don't have to sip it slowly throughout the day as the protein will release slowly anyway, thanks to the addition of egg whites.

There are still a few floaty chunky bits at the top, but they taste okay.
I mixed the protein shake with milk and it blended smoothly without any powder chunks, unlike some other brands.
The protein powder has a great texture with no grittiness or graininess, and it dissolves well even in cold milk. However, it can be a little lumpy and I have to take care to dissolve all the lumps.
The protein shake feels a little chunky/heavy in my stomach because it has 2 types of protein.
