I mixed the protein powder with nonfat milk and it had the consistency of a shake.
When I mix the protein supplement into water or milk, it makes a thick shake.
The consistency of my protein shake was amazing. I have never seen a protein powder that mixes with 4 oz of liquid without being thicker than molasses in January.
I mixed the protein powder with milk and found the consistency to be nice and thick. It mixed really well and the cookie bits are a nice addition.

The whey protein powder tastes like mint chocolate ice cream and I couldn't even taste a hint of whey in it.
I like the flavor of the whey protein powder because it's not chocolate and it's something new. I suggest using less water or putting milk in it for better flavor. I use two scoops and the flavor is spot on.
My favorite flavor is Vanilla because it is versatile and has a nice clean 'McDonald's Vanilla' flavor.
I tried the Jungle Juice flavor of NO XPLODE and I don't think they have accomplished good taste yet.
