The shake is thick and delicious.
I was surprised by the texture of the smoothie after adding the protein powder, which turned it into a thick milkshake-like consistency.
This protein powder has an addicting, thick and creamy consistency similar to pudding once mixed, which is different from other protein powders I've tried before.
In some flavors, added bits do not dissolve in milk or water and give an inconsistent mouth feel to my protein shake.

I tried the cinnamon roll flavor based on positive reviews, but I'm throwing out an almost full container because it's that grim. I can't bring myself to use this flavor as it makes me queasy and nauseous.
The protein powder doesn't taste like cinnamon bun, it's more like a bland vanilla and doesn't meet my flavor expectations.
