I had a hard time finding a protein powder that mixes well into a thicker texture. This protein powder works whether you thin it out or if you want it as thicc as you are.
There are no lumps or clumps in the protein powder, indicating a smooth consistency.
The consistency of my protein shake is great even when I add 2 or 3 scoops, it doesn't make my shake or smoothie too thick.

I personally tasted the flavor and found it to be creamy with a mild hint of lemon, without being too strong or bland.
I tried it again and the taste is not vanilla bean at all. I will request an exchange for the plain to try with juice.
The package says vanilla, but the taste is more like toasted coconut.
