I love this blanket for its comfort level. Since I started measuring my sleep on Samsung Watch 3, my sleep scores have improved significantly. Before using this blanket, my sleep score was usually around 49 due to tossing and turning. But now, my sleep scores have consistently been around 70 as I wake up less during the night and get more deep sleep.
