The base clamp works well. I have set it on top of my monitor and just pinched it together. I have also moved my monitors without any issues of the camera falling off.
I have demonstrated in the video that the webcam can be easily mounted on any monitor or used with a tripod.

I had an issue with the microphone hole. After removing the white plastic ring, I found that it was behind the ring and there was no good way for the sound to get in. Now, the sound quality is as good as any other webcam.
The microphone quality is poor and sounds like a robot. However, if I get 18 inches away from the camera, it picks up my voice perfectly.
My camera microphone is not the best and I sound far. It could be due to the location since I have a 34" monitor that sits on a raised platform.
I had to buy a different mic and disable the built-in mic as the microphone quality could have been better.

The ring light produces amazing and natural lighting in my normal office room lighting.
I have never needed to use the light as the camera performs really well in low to mid light conditions.

I can see myself in HD with the webcam that has a good field of view and focuses only on me.
In the first recording, the video quality was not clear and crisp, and in the second recording, it was entirely washed out.

Every time I need to close/open the privacy slider, the camera moves out of its position and the lights turn on because I am touching the device.
The webcam was easy to set up, but it did not activate with my computer. I have a Dell XPS and have never had a problem with anything hooking up to it.
