Compared to my other cameras with higher resolution, the image from this 1080P camera is not as sharp.

I am dissatisfied with the webcam mount as it is garbage and cannot be secured to the monitor, causing it to free float on top of the monitor and fall off if the desk shakes.

I tested the webcam on Zoom and found the image quality to be crisp, clear, and focused, with excellent microphone quality.
The microphone works well in moderately noisy rooms and picks up the speaker effectively. The camera quality is suitable for web meetings.
My microphone volume is stuck at loud and does not respond to the Windows sound settings. Even the mic volume control in Zoom does not have any effect. I have not found any reports of this high mic volume problem elsewhere.
