I found that the APPs were not compatible with MAC OS. But I downloaded the FaceCAM APP onto my desktop and now I can perform various functions like Zoom in, light adjustments, set to focus or autofocus, and many other options and features.
I was unable to install the firmware update because the Camera Hub app was unable to recognize my device.
After troubleshooting for 3 hours and testing multiple cables, I discovered that the webcam is not guaranteed to work with windows.
