The webcam works perfectly with both Mac and Windows 11, including the upgrade to Mac OS Sonoma.
Plexicam solves the mounting problem and Lumina camera allows me to fine tune the visual with controls for cropping, color balance, lightness, sharpness/softening, blurring of the background to reach a very professional result with little effort.
I faced a problem with the compatibility of the webcam. I connected the camera to the monitor but the Lumina Plus (AI/cameraman) features would not automatically turn on. I had to manually turn it off and back on in Teams and Zoom. I sent a quick support question before my onboarding call, and they recommended I try connecting directly to the laptop (not monitor or hub), which worked.
