I find the weather-station display easy to read in both daytime and evening with ambient lighting. Backlighting is only necessary in a dark room.
I appreciate the weather-station display as it is nice and readable from a distance. I also like the feature of back lighting the display with a push of a button.
The manual is well organized and the set-up process is easy to follow. The weather station only requires batteries for long life power and provides great flexibility in how I choose to mount the display. The backlight display is also convenient to read if in dim lighting.
The display of this weather-station lacks contrast and is inconvenient when glancing from a distance.
