About Care Science Wart Remover Freeze, 8 Applications
Overall Feedback:
71% positive
65% found it pain-free, yet 35% experienced discomfort
I found that using an ice cube on the wart first and then using the treatment 3x the recommended time and dosage made it effective.
My daughter had a minor sting that lasted for about 10 seconds.
I experienced pain and discomfort while using the product. The blister was quite painful for about 3 days and the wart claimed the entire blister again.
67% liked the ease of application
The method for the removal of skin tags is not cheap and requires patience as it takes a few treatments, but it is easy.
I found the product's application to be easy and foolproof, except for one complication that was not the product's fault.
66% found it safe to use, but 34% didn't
The product may sting for a second and be mildly uncomfortable, but it should never be downright painful.
The freezing liquid can damage the skin around the wart up to the size of the hole on the product. The wart can take advantage of that frozen skin and infect it more easily. This suggests that the product may not be safe for use, particularly for individuals with specific health conditions or skin sensitivities.
67% appreciated the duration of the treatment
I suggest applying the wart treatment for 5 days to a week until it becomes too painful to handle.
For effective wart removal using this product, I recommend using ice for 30 seconds, followed by 9 sprays of the product. Keep it in place until the liquid is completely evaporated inside the applicator, which takes over 30 seconds, closer to a minute.
67% appreciated the efficacy of the treatment, however 33% didn't
I have personally used the wart removal method and found that the product worked as directed with smaller warts.
I found the first treatment ineffective, but using an ice cube on the wart first and then using this treatment 3x the recommended time and dosage made it effective.
I was disappointed to read the directions to use twice daily for up to 12 weeks. However, after applying it just once for two days, my wart was virtually gone.
I had to stop the wart-removal treatment because it caused damage to the healthy skin surrounding the wart, resulting in swelling and scar tissue. I expect to resume the treatment once the healthy skin recovers.
At exactly the 2 week mark, the largest wart was completely gone and the smaller one dried up and fell off in the last 3 days.
