I cannot remove the marks on the frame with any cleaning agent or even a razor blade.
I have complained about the difficulty in cleaning the frame. Tiny bits of the black frame (paint, I suspect) get into the mix during the assembly of the photo, making it hard to remove them completely.

I had to add my own hanging clips because the frame only allows for vertical hanging and my photos are horizontal.
I was disappointed to find that the frame only has a tab for vertical hanging, which was unfortunate as both prints were horizontal.
I had to use a sticky wall mounting gum because the frames can only be mounted vertically.
