I opened the back and noticed that half of the holding pieces fell out. I tried to return it, but customer service kept circling me back. I had to use duck tape to keep it in place, which shouldn't have been necessary.
I find it difficult to close the back cover flat with a standard thickness mat as it is permanently attached to the frame.
