The range of walkie-talkies is not as good as everyone says. I work in a 3000 sq foot thrift store and my daughter was 3 rooms over and it was already cutting out badly.

I faced issues with the battery life of the walkie-talkies. Even after putting new batteries, the walkie-talkie stopped working and I had to fix it by taking off the back cover and messing with the batteries. However, the same issue occurred again.
