The wheels are mounted on a plastic chassis that is not stable enough to keep them aligned properly, causing them to bind regularly.

Sometimes the small rubber stoppers on each end of the metal rod fall off. If they can't be found, customer service needs to be called for replacement. The company mailed out a pair to me upon request by phone.
While waiting for the replacement, the other side also came off which allows the bag to pop off during operation.
