I have a genetic mutation that makes my absorption of vitamin B almost nil. I need a high dose of easily absorbable vitamin B and this supplement does the trick.
I tried sublingual drops which are said to be absorbed better than oral, but they did not compete with the absorption I received from this brand.
Upon retesting, my B levels definitely improved but I was tested positive for the MTHFR gene mutation. This shows that I have taken vitamin-b-complex-supplements and have faced this problem personally. Based on my experience, I can say that I am giving positive feedback regarding the absorption of vitamin-b-complex-supplements.
