I appreciate Bio-Schwartz for including the most active and bio-available forms of all 8 B vitamins in the formula, along with additional vitamins and minerals for better absorption. It has enhanced my body's ability to support critical methylation processes.
The supplements are easy to swallow and seem to absorb well, resulting in more even energy.
I felt cheated and fooled into buying the supplement as I believed it didn't have fillers, etc in the ingredients. However, upon receiving it, I noticed that the vitamin c included is actually absorbyl palmitate.
