I have the AG variant on the MTHFR gene which makes B9 or folate absorption difficult for me. This product uses a synthetic B9 and is useless to people with this variant. Based on my experience, I express negative feedback regarding the absorption of vitamin-b-complex-supplements.
I tried dissolving the supplement in warm water but after 20 minutes it was not dissolved properly. I'm not sure how long it will take to dissolve completely.
