I am frustrated with the design of the track, specifically the little plastic pieces used to attach the braces that hold up the track. I have lost one of these pieces and have been unable to find replacements, despite contacting the company. It is bad design and planning to have essential but non-replaceable pieces.

After only a week of use, I noticed that the product's durability is lacking. The bearings are making noise, the cars don't launch as well as they did initially, and the track pieces are showing white stress marks where the plastic is flexing.
