I have used the vacuum-sealer to seal many chip bags, vacuum sealed things in 2 of the provided bags, and sealed many mason jars since receiving it a few days ago.
The food sealer did not work properly for me. It would not remove any air from the bag, no matter how many times I tried or how many different ways I put the bag in the machine. This shows that the food sealer is not compatible with the bags.
95% appreciated the sealing speed, although 5% found it slow at times
The vacuum-sealer requires a waiting time of 25 seconds between seals, otherwise the sealer strip overheats and starts sealing the package before it is vacuumed.
