I am not sure about the battery pack's longevity, but I have used Tenergy rechargeable AAs which work well. Based on my experience, I can say that.
On once a week use, I could vacuum the room and dock the previous battery for 4 years with good enough energy.
I am uncertain about the vacuum's battery life and will wait to see its performance over the next 22 months before giving it a 5-star rating.
