I have noticed that the anchors tend to twist and turn when screws penetrate, causing the rack to be unstable.
The anchors provided with the product have little to no ring around the part that stays on the outside of the wall and are not adjustable. When I screwed in the screws, they went into the wall and fell through.
The utility rack was not as wide as described, causing the holes on the mount to not align with the studs.
I found it difficult to install the utility rack and had to use a specific technique.
