I got this adapter for my phone which uses USB c charging cable and my car has a USBA connector for charging. It works fine though I am limited to charging rate of the USB A port but at least I can charge my phone in my vehicle.
I had to read the fine print to learn that the adapter is not compatible with my new Apple MagSafe charger for the iPhone 12.
I was unable to use the adapter successfully while using Google maps and streaming music while driving.
