I need a USB adapter that is compatible with my old school hardware.
I bought the adapter because my laptop's internal wireless card only supported 2.4Ghz which led to many connectivity issues.

I bought this adapter specifically because it has no glowing LED of death like most USB wireless adapters do.
I found that the USB network adapter has a great price, installs without any special driver installation, and is pretty low profile.

I had difficulty inserting and removing the USB adapter. The black plastic end came off the metal USB end and I had to use pliers to pull the metal part out. However, it did snap back together just fine.
