I faced issues with the 2.0 adapter as it had annoying cracks and pops after about an hour of listening.
The adapter worked fine for about five months of nearly daily use. Then, it just stopped working. I tried it with two or three different wall chargers and lightning cables, and I tried using my iPad instead of iPhone. The issue is specifically with the USB Camera Adapter.
