I have experienced problems with the drive related to the compatibility of USB flash drives. It is not intuitive to open and requires pushing down on the drive to close it. Additionally, there is no cover for the USB end, which can result in it getting dirty or scratched if dropped in a bag or pocket.

After reading about SanDisk SecureAccess encryption software, I think it's a great product. If I were transporting the flash drive outside my house, I would definitely use it.
It is easy to copy and encrypt files using the software for safe storage. Encrypted information cannot be accessed if the drive is stolen.
