I have hardwood floors with deep cracks, and the vacuum has two functions for hard floors and carpets, making it versatile for different surfaces.
I am happy with the vacuum's performance on different surfaces including tile, low pile carpet, and shag carpet. I also appreciate its movement, maneuverability, and lightness for carrying up steps.

I am impressed with the vacuum's filtration system, especially the HEPA filter's ability to trap allergens and fine particles. My wife, who is slightly allergic to cats, did not experience any sniffles or watery eyes while vacuuming the cat tower. However, she started sniffling when I dumped everything in the garbage, indicating that the filter works well.

The maneuverability of our vacuum is better than the Dyson. It stands up right and doesn't fall back like the Dyson. The attachments are great and the bucket with all the dirt off is designed perfectly and it is easy to empty compared to the Dyson ball one that we were always fighting with.
I appreciated the variety of smaller attachments that come with the vacuum, which allow for cleaning in a multitude of places. I also liked the ease of switching from the main vacuum to use the smaller attachments.
The cord is heavy and doesn't stretch easily without pulling on the vacuum.
