The UPS battery lasted for over two hours before it finally died.
I believe that a good 12v battery usually reads at least 13 volts when it has a good charge.
During a power outage, the UPS could not keep my satellite receiver and external hard drive alive for more than an hour, which was disappointing due to its limited battery power.
After a year, my UPS battery life deteriorated quickly and provided only 6 minutes of power with the same load.

I want Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to protect my expensive home theater equipment, and the VA rating is not a big concern for me.
I faced issues with the software I downloaded from the manufacturer's website. I tried uninstalling and re-installing it, but it did not work. Windows 10 no longer recognized the USB device. I removed the unrecognized device, rebooted and still it did not work.
I warn that the battery backup side cannot accommodate wider plugs required by network equipment.
