Overall Feedback:
68% positive
70% liked the battery life, but 30% found it didn't last
The UPS battery lasted for over two hours before it finally died.
I believe that a good 12v battery usually reads at least 13 volts when it has a good charge.
During a power outage, the UPS could not keep my satellite receiver and external hard drive alive for more than an hour, which was disappointing due to its limited battery power.
After a year, my UPS battery life deteriorated quickly and provided only 6 minutes of power with the same load.
The battery life of our UPS died rapidly after a short period.
During power outages, the battery only lasts for a couple of minutes, which is just enough time for me to save my work before it crashes.
70% liked the compatibility with multiple devices, but 30% had issues
I want Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) to protect my expensive home theater equipment, and the VA rating is not a big concern for me.
I faced issues with the software I downloaded from the manufacturer's website. I tried uninstalling and re-installing it, but it did not work. Windows 10 no longer recognized the USB device. I removed the unrecognized device, rebooted and still it did not work.
I warn that the battery backup side cannot accommodate wider plugs required by network equipment.

74% appreciated the control features, while 26% found them confusing
When connected to a computer, I can control the UPS using its cool application.
I suggest that power strips, surge protectors, and UPS units should have dust-excluding power jacks. This is my personal opinion and not based on any specific experience with the product.
71% liked the durable construction, but 29% found it flimsy
The UPS has been working perfectly at my mother-in-law's place. I've bought units from this company before and they've all been doing the job.
I have been using the UPS for a few months now and haven't had to restart the Ring network even once. This shows that the UPS is reliable and has a durable construction.
I have been using these UPS for a long time and find them reliable and cost-effective. I also have multiple units of different sizes.
I live in Florida where there are plenty of power surges and none of my stuff has been damaged.
On a few occasions, it was hard to power back on the UPS after a power outage.

69% praised the high power capacity, while 31% found it insufficient
I have multiple devices connected to the battery side of the UPS, including a desktop PC, Raspberry Pi, modem, and router, and they are drawing about 140 watts.
When I use the UPS to power devices that draw about 48W of power, it can last for about an hour.
I was pleasantly surprised when the unit ran for over 30 minutes during the last power outage. I use it for uninterrupted power for my security/home automation system.
I tested the capacity of the UPS and found that it only lasted for 5 seconds before the computer died.
66% found it whisper-quiet, while 34% thought it was loud
The alarm on my model is very loud and there is no mute button available.
I have held the mute button for every imaginable amount of time but still the alarm is not stopping. It is not working as expected.
The device makes an annoyingly loud high-pitched beeping sound when the power goes out, reminding me repeatedly until it dies. It is not quiet at all.
One of the best features of this UPS is the ability to turn on/off the beeping sound when there is no power.
