I have found that the Marathon antenna has better signal strength for local Boston stations compared to the 1byone antenna.
I had bad reception and found out that it was due to the 5G adapter I purchased separately to get a stronger signal. After removing the adapter, I got full signal on all channels and even got more channels. The picture was perfect during a big thunderstorm and there was zero interruption. It worked perfectly on all 4 TVs in my home.
I have found that this antenna works well in areas with weak signal strength. Despite living in a country surrounded by trees, I am able to get over 100 channels with this antenna. I have tried many antennas that were not strong enough, but the marathon plus antenna does the job.
During very strong t-storms closer to the towers, I faced poor reception.

The Marathon antenna pulls in 55 rock steady channels and the interior booster and electronics are of higher quality. It also locks on the channel better than my previous antenna.
I had bad reception and found out it was due to the 5G adapter I purchased separately. After removing the adapter, I got full signal on all channels and even got more channels. I also had a perfect picture on TV during a big thunderstorm with zero interruption. It worked perfectly on all 4 TVs in my home.
All the signals I was getting before are still coming in and several signals that were breaking up are now coming in crystal clear without any freezing or signal pixelation.
The antenna effortlessly connects to many channels in omni directional sources, enabling solid signal strength even under cloudy or foggy conditions. The consistent quality of the signal strength also improves the picture on all channels.
