Overall Feedback:
84% positive
90% found it multi-directional, nevertheless, 10% experienced signal loss
I installed the antenna at a height of 25 ft with a clear unobstructed view in every direction.
I got 50 channels when I pointed the antenna in the opposite direction.
The antenna movement is unpredictable, making the panning feature useless.
The antenna is unpredictable in its movement. Pushing the button once moves it in the expected direction, but releasing and pushing it again will reverse the direction. Without visual confirmation, it's impossible to know the antenna's direction.
There is no indicator on the box showing the antenna direction.
It's difficult for me to point the antenna towards other towers or fine tune it since I can't see the antenna from the living room.
89% appreciated its compatibility with other TV models, although 11% didn't
I faced an issue with the antenna box not working on my new TV purchased in August 2020.
88% found it weather resistant, but 12% encountered issues
Even in heavy rains, the digital channels are clear.
I am concerned about how well the antenna will withstand sun, wind, and harsh weather conditions.
I am concerned about the top antenna mass rotating back and forth slightly with the wind.
I have noticed that the antenna's light weight design causes problems with wind.
91% were satisfied with the signal boosting power
After using the antenna, I now have 108 channels, including all major networks, up from 8.
91% liked the signal strength
After using the antenna, I got 108 channels which exceeded my expectations.
The reception with the antenna is outstanding. All digital channels are clear even in heavy rains. The antenna pulled channels from Memphis, which is about 140 miles away.
After aiming the antenna properly, I was able to receive all Baltimore stations sharp and clear.
With the antenna aimed there, we have solid signal strength at the other 11 stations.
After tying three antennas together, I noticed an improvement in signal strength and clarity.
78% were satisfied with the signal range, but 22% experienced dropouts
The manual includes a graph that shows mounting height vs antenna range. It's clear that the advertised 150 mile range can only be achieved by mounting it 160 feet in the air.
To receive signals from 150 miles, we need a 160 tall tower.
By mounting the antenna on the eave of my roof, I was able to pick up stations up to 90 miles away.
My mother purchased a large, roof-mounted antenna that picks up all 35 channels.
