The hose is long and flexible, which is more important than its durability.
I am not sure about the product's durability since I just installed it. I am also unsure if I will keep it long enough to test its durability.

Installing the new one was quick, easy, and hassle-free. It only took me 60 seconds and didn't require any tape, leaks, or tools. Plus, it's much more flexible than the old one.
I suggest keeping the washers from the old hose until installing the new one because the threads are very deep.

The hose is a pleasure to use as it is 3 to 4 times more flexible than the one that came with the WaterPik shower head.
The standard hose that comes with a hand-held shower head is stiff and not very long, which makes using the hand-held awkward and very limiting if I need to be able to use it other than directly under the standard shower head.
