The tri-fold feels strong, suggesting it is durable.
The cover has kept my bed dry and has been a great addition to my Ram. It is durable and reliable.
The truck tonneau cover is heavy and durable, but it leaks water at every pivot point.
The tightening hardware is unusable as it is made of plastic and stripped out when I tightened it down. I had to use pliers to tighten what was left of the knob.

The new version is much easier to use with a better design compared to the old one. It has no supports to add/remove and no snaps to mess with.
The truck-tonneau-cover is easy to install and built well, but it does not sit flush with the cab, which is a design issue.
I suggest designing the cover like the one I put on another truck to solve the issue of water not shedding off.
The bed cover clamps down with plastic clamps that try to grab the lip of the bed. They end up grabbing plastic and it is not very secure. Additionally, it looks like it is smashed in the middle where both ends stick up slightly since the plastic on plastic wont hold it down properly.
